About the Author
I am probably very much like you -- I do not want to grow old, gracefully or otherwise. Some people may say “Get over it.” Well, I am not going to get over it, now, or ever. I am going to fight it all the way to the end because there are too many things I want to do in this life, and I want to be at the top of my game.
Sometimes, I wish that it would be possible to erase all memory and daily reminders of my actual (chronological) age. In reality it means nothing. I am as old as I feel and as old as I act. No more, no less. Who cares what my driver’s license says?
I muse at an old greeting card I once read with a cover that said… “Inside is the secret to living a long, long time.” Opening the card I read…”The secret to living a long, long time is to keep breathing as long as you can.” Sage advice to be sure, but I want to do more than just breathe. I also want to be vibrant and energetic with sound mind and body. That is… I want to be youthful, inside and out!
Towards that end, I have made it my mission to seek out the truth about anti-aging. It is not an easy task because there is a lot of confusion, untruths and misleading information to be had. Fortunately, my engineering background has helped me digest, analyze and present what I have learned over the last decade about the subject.
I am not a doctor or medical professional. I am an engineer and businessman who became very frustrated many years ago when I started to develop an interest in what is commonly referred to as anti-aging. My motivation was simple -- I realized that I was starting to grow old. So I began reading and researching any and all available information on the subject. I have traveled the country to personally meet with “experts” in the field, and I have experimented with many supplements, antioxidants, “health” foods and hormone replacement therapies -- in other words, many of the very tools being touted as the next “best thing” in the quest for longevity.
I share what I have learned with you in this Report. However, I am one person, and accordingly the conclusions and opinions presented in this Report are mine, and mine alone. Others may have different ideas about anti-aging. Indeed others may have vested interests which drive their conclusions and opinions. I do not receive any financial profit from selling, promoting or endorsing any anti-aging product or service. However, my Report does mention the names of certain books and organizations that I have found valuable, and that you might want to explore these for additional information on anti-aging.
I encourage you to read this Report carefully and in its entirety. Anti-aging is not fantasy. It is a journey that you can undertake to manage, and, yes, even reverse the aging process. It is neither easy nor cheap -- nothing worthwhile is. But it may be one of the most important decisions in your life. Consider the old saying that says when you have your health, you have it all. Everything else in life is a very distant second.
Good health and long life!
