Selected excerpt from Anti-Aging Straight Talk Report…

Anti-aging
is a word that probably means different things to different people. Who among us wants to grow old? We think of anti-aging as a “remedy” to growing old -- a way to forestall that which is undeniable, that which is inevitable.

There are other words and phrases often used to describe the quest for slowing, stopping, or even reversing the aging process. Words and phrases like longevity, age-management, long-life, growing younger, life-extension and others. I use the word anti-aging in this Report to represent, in aggregate, all of the other words, phrases, concepts and ideas that people use when they think about increasing their life span, and, just as importantly, their quality of life.

But Herein Lies The Problem.  We all want to benefit from what is known about anti-aging. And there is an increasingly large database of what is known. The problem is that there is so much information available, written and published by so many people and organizations, that it has become virtually impossible for the average lay-person to make sense of it all.

Not only is there an unending litany of supplements, lotions, herbs, hormone replacements, “health” foods, tinctures, and remedies, ad nauseam, each makes claims that cannot be substantiated by most people. There is also the question of manufacturing standards and quality control. Was the product manufactured from the correct ingredients, in an approved laboratory, by qualified people? Does the product contain the ingredients advertised? Or worse, does the product contain ingredients that weren’t advertised?

Now consider the ever-lengthening parade of anti-aging “practitioners.” These would include real, licensed doctors along with those claiming expertise and background in the anti-aging industry. While it is hard enough trying to figure out what all of their different degrees, certificates and awards may mean, it really gets confusing when the practitioner pushes his or her own favorite brand of products -- many times their own private-label products. That is not to necessarily say that any such products are good or bad, but how are you to actually know?

Whether a manufacturer is hawking the benefits of their own products, or a practitioner is recommending a particular service or product, the common thread is one of potential financial profit. How can you feel comfortable in selecting a product or service when the manufacturer or service provider has a financially vested interest in what they are trying to sell you? Take a look at product advertisements or search the Internet in an attempt to gain insight into which products are best for you… it’s an impossible task. Ask several different practitioners or service providers about a particular subject (like the benefits and risks of taking an 80 mg aspirin each day), and expect as many different answers on the subject. Talk with friends or “experts” on anti-aging. Everybody has an opinion. The truth is out there somewhere, but where?

My assumption is that you are a healthy, young to middle-age (or approaching middle-age) person who is interested in learning about how to manage your aging. That said, the information presented in this Report can certainly benefit people past middle age. In all cases however, it must be understood that this Report does not present information or advice about curing or treating any diseases or medical conditions.

I have summarized what I have learned about anti-aging over the last decade. I have researched information on anti-aging products too numerous to count while traveling the country meeting with numerous anti-aging service providers. I have personally tested (and continue to test) many different anti-aging products recommended by manufacturers and service providers. I have aggregated the knowledge that I have gained, separated the wheat from the chaff, distilled what remains down to information that is easy to understand, and presented it all for your consumption in this Report.
